Here are a few simple ways to begin the process of raising your frequency into love, joy, peace, calm.

1. Start and end your day by being in gratitude for all that you are and have.
2. Avoid all the ‘no no’ foods that actually lower your frequency.[sugar, white foods, excessive stimulants, etc]
3. Do random acts of kindness and forgiveness.
4. Be in nature.
5. Use sound/music that contains higher energies, which has been shown to raise your frequencies faster than thinking or meditating without it.
